This means that if you are un-satisfied with your new VoIP phone system or computer network after 30 days, we will refund your money and return your system to its previous state. Not only that, but we will also give you 2% of the overall project cost as recompense for lost productivity or expenses incurred. This guarantee will last until the day you finish using our network or phone system.

We like to think that you will do business with us for a lifetime, so, no matter how many networks or phone systems we install for you over the years – you will be covered by our guarantee.

Of course, there are always going to be some teething problems, that’s why we think it’s only fair that we give ourselves 30 days to fix any niggles that appear after the project has been completed.
