How does it work?

Based on our extensive industry experience and passion to see the small guys achieve their best, we have developed an affordable but effective solution for small businesses:

Starting with 5 computers (including servers, workstations and laptops) for $330 per month, just add $25 per month for each additional computer up to a maximum of 15 computers. (Prices are GST inclusive.)

Not only will your computers be looked after, but also your network infrastructure, backup monitoring,, internet connections, and peripherals such as printers (up to 5 peripherals included free of charge).
This is all done remotely using specialised software which allows Trinity Digital to connect to any server, workstation or laptop that has an internet connection.

Are there any catches?

Actually, no. Our offer is simple because we genuinely care about supporting small business. It doesn’t matter how much time we spend looking after you, you pay the same low monthly plan fee.

There are two things you need to know:

1. There is an initial site setup fee of $1,497 (inc. GST). This involves a visit to your office to make sure we know what we are dealing with before we get started. It will also mean that we can fix any issues that would stop us from supporting your office remotely.

2. If your issue requires an onsite visit (which doesn’t happen often), this will be charged at an hourly rate of $125 (inc. GST), including travel time.

Can you give me a special deal?

A copy of Backup Assist software (worth a minimum of $329) to ensure your backups are working correctly.
